Terms of Service
Last updated:2026-08-08
These terms form the agreement between you and Kaka eSIM (operating kakaesim.com) for use of this site. By creating an account or placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted them.
1. What we provide
We sell eSIM mobile data plans through this site. An eSIM is a digital product delivered as a QR code or activation code — nothing physical is shipped.
2. Device and network requirements
Your device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. Please confirm this before buying; compatibility notes are shown on the product page.
We are not responsible where a plan cannot be used because your device lacks eSIM support, is carrier-locked, or because there is no coverage at your location. Whether such cases are refundable is governed by the Refund Policy.
The countries, validity period and data allowance of each plan are as shown on the order page.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password safe and tell us immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
One account per person. Bulk registration, registration under false identity, and lending, renting or transferring an account are prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in fraud or abuse. Section 5 covers what happens to wallet balance on termination.
4. Prices and payment
The price shown is the amount you pay. Prices displayed in other currencies are converted at the prevailing rate for reference; the amount locked in at checkout governs.
Orders are charged against your wallet balance. If the balance is insufficient you need to top up first.
We may change plan prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders you have already completed.
5. Wallet balance
Wallet balance can only be spent on this site. It cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to another account, and does not earn interest.
Please make sure you actually intend to use the service before topping up. We are not obliged to return balance to the original payment method where the reason is on your side (changed your mind, topped up by mistake).
Where an account is terminated for breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to circumvent legal restrictions where you are.
Do not scrape, mirror or harvest pages or data from this site, and do not run load tests, vulnerability scans or attacks of any kind against it.
Do not exploit system defects, API flaws or pricing errors for gain. If you find something like that, please tell us at the address below.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible, with an expected return time shown on the maintenance page.
eSIMs you have already bought and activated keep working normally during maintenance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the order that gave rise to the dispute.
We are not liable for indirect losses, including travel disruption caused by loss of connectivity, lost business opportunities, or lost data.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date when we do. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service.
