Privacy Policy

Account data: the email address and display name you provide at sign-up, plus your password stored as a salted hash. We never store your password in plain text — nobody, including us, can recover it from the database.

Transaction data: orders, plan details, amounts paid, wallet balance and statement entries.

Usage data: the data consumption, status and validity period of the eSIMs you buy. These figures are reported by the network side.

Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, timestamps and requested paths, used for security and troubleshooting.

Anything else you choose to give us, such as order notes or the content of support emails.

We do not collect, see or store your card number, CVV or crypto private keys. Payment happens on the payment provider’s own page; we only receive the outcome — whether an order was paid and for how much.

As a result, even if this site’s data were accessed illegally, your payment credentials would not be exposed.

Session: keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary — sign-in does not work without it.

Preferences: language, currency and time zone. These only affect how pages are displayed and are not used to track you.

We serve no advertising cookies and integrate no third-party ad or profiling trackers.

To provision and manage your eSIMs, process orders and refunds, and show usage.

To send notifications directly tied to your transactions — provisioning succeeded, refund credited, balance changed.

To prevent fraud, payment abuse and automated abuse, including rate limiting unusually frequent requests by source address.

To comply with lawful requests from regulators or courts where legally required.

We do not sell your personal information.

To deliver the service, the minimum necessary information is shared with these categories of providers: eSIM network and provisioning providers (to issue and query your eSIM), payment providers (to take payment and issue refunds), and cloud/CDN providers (to run and protect the site).

In a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your information may transfer as part of the transaction. We will tell you prominently before that happens.

Account and transaction records are kept while your account exists. Financial records may be retained after account closure for as long as applicable law requires, to meet tax and audit obligations.

Technical logs are generally kept no longer than 90 days and then rotated out.

You can view and change your display name, language, currency and time zone, and change your password, at any time under Account settings.

You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account.

Deleting your account removes your credentials and profile. Completed transaction and financial records are retained for the period described above. Note that after deletion you can no longer check usage for any eSIM still within its validity period through this site.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days of receipt.

HTTPS is enforced site-wide, passwords are salted and hashed, the admin entrance is not published, and failed sign-in attempts are rate limited by source address to resist brute force.

No internet service can promise absolute security. Please use a password unique to this site rather than reusing one from elsewhere.

This site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you enable sharing on an order, anyone holding that link can view that eSIM’s usage and installation QR code without signing in. You turn the link on yourself and can revoke it at any time from the order page, which invalidates it immediately. Only send it to travel companions you trust.

When terms change materially we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you on the site. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated policy.
