Refund Policy

The eSIM has not been installed and not been activated — you can cancel and refund it yourself from the order page.

Provisioning failed on our side, or the QR code we delivered cannot be installed, and we have confirmed this. Full refund.

Billing problems such as double charges or an incorrect amount. We refund the excess once verified.

The eSIM has been installed or activated. The QR code is a single-use resource and cannot be reclaimed once written to a device.

The plan has expired, or the data allowance has been used up.

Your device does not support eSIM, or is carrier-locked. This is checkable before purchase and is explained on the product page.

Local network faults, poor coverage, or restrictions imposed locally at the destination. These are conditions of the local network and outside our control.

You chose the wrong destination or plan size and the eSIM has already been activated.

Refunds are credited to your wallet balance on this site and can be spent on another purchase. This is the fastest route and is usually instant.

Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn — please keep that in mind before topping up (see Terms, section 5).

Self-service cancellation of an unactivated eSIM: immediate.

Cases needing manual review (failed provisioning, billing errors): we give you an answer within 1–3 business days. Where we need to verify with a service provider it can take longer, and we keep the order status updated as it progresses.

Unactivated orders: go to My Orders, open the order and hit cancel. It is handled automatically.

Anything else: email [email protected] with your order number plus a screenshot or description of the problem — that speeds things up considerably.
